Murals

Why are murals important to us? They express who we are and get people to think. We love that South Salt Lake has become a magnet for murals of all kinds: created by kids; painted by art students; led by educators; and intalled by some of the most notable mural artists in the country. Many murals were commissioned by building owners, and quite a few by the City of South Salt Lake. This community shows off its creative side through murals and invites anyone to join in their creation.
